When you leave your email on the site: your email address, and optionally your company name, company type and approximate number of submittals or bids per month.
When you request a free spec check: your email correspondence and the project documents you send us, such as specification sections and product data.
To prepare the compliance check you asked for and to contact you about Conformo. Legal basis: your request to join (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective business users (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If we contacted you by email first, we used your publicly available business contact details on the basis of legitimate interest. You can object at any time by replying "unsubscribe", and we will not contact you again.
Documents you send for a check are received by email (Google Workspace / Gmail) and processed with the Anthropic API to prepare your results. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models. Documents are deleted within 7 days of delivering your results, or sooner on request.
Email sign-ups from the site are stored with Cloudflare, Inc. on servers in the United States, under Cloudflare's data processing addendum and Standard Contractual Clauses. They are deleted 12 months after collection, or sooner on request.
You can ask for access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by emailing [email protected]. We do not sell or share personal information. You may also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
